I know that you talk yourself into not working out and eating right. And I get why you do it.
You’re busy. Maybe you have kids.
Maybe you’re just trying to relax because you have to deal with people and look at a computer screen all day.
Yet, I’m just like you.

I want to tell you a secret.
If you’re no longer an athlete, but an office employee who pushes buttons, paper, and pens.
You do NOT have to work out for an hour.
Do this simple trick.
Work out twice a day for 15 minutes.
- 15 minutes in the morning of stretching like a cheerleader
- 15 minutes at night of bodyweight exercises
Done.
No more excuses.
My workout last no more than 29:45 per day. How do I know this?
Because while I work out, I listen on my IPOD to a Rocky Soundtrack on youtube with my new Bluetooth headphones designed by Triathletes

The first thing I do is…
Elliptical for 10 minutes Only
I played football for Purdue University. During a game against Illinois, I broke free up the middle on draw play for a potential 80-yard touchdown. Unfortunately, at the 50-yard line my quadricep muscle tore off my pelvic bone.
Fans later told me that I dropped so fast it look like a was shot by a sniper.
I still have occasional pain in my leg and my knee swells up if I run too long. I now get my cardio exercise from either swimming or the powering through on the Elliptical.
Here’s how to burn belly fat fast by following the elliptical settings that I use:
- Fat Burn
- 10 minutes
- 215 lbs
- Level 10
I keep the RPMs above 80 for an excellent belly fat burn.
Then I knock out…

When I don’t have a bar to workout with for this exercise, I use 50 lb dumbbells. Instead of jumping in the air with the weight on my back, I do 30-second jump ropes. If I don’t have a jump rope, I hop like a kangaroo as if I do.
NO EXCUSES.
Bodyweight Exercise Are My Favorite
I can do them anywhere and anytime. Typically, I knock out in the morning right before I shower and when I get home for work.
I pick a few to do from this video…

I need all the non-caffeinated, non-testosterone injected energy I can.
So do you.
When I played football for Purdue University, my body fat percentage was around 3%. In my 30’s, my fat percentage high hit 18% and I started to see that belly fat muffin top coming.
“No way,” I said.
I made a commitment to get my body fat to 10% in 90 days.
There’s still time to make a commitment to yourself. No one knows how long you’re going to live.
Since you’re not here for a long time, you might as well make it a good time, right?
